Frida Kahlo Class

It’s summertime and that means that Nancy Andruk Olson is back with her fun and colorful classes! In this lesson, we will learn about Frida Kahlo, an accomplished Mexican Artist whose work is celebrated internationally as emblematic of Mexican national and indigenous traditions. Nancy will give a fun overview on the artist and her life, and then lead students in a still life project inspired by Frida’s work.  Each participant will finish with one 11x17 collage using oil pastel and paper cutting.


Wednesday, June 19th, 2:30-4:30pm

Class is $25 per student and includes all materials and instruction.
